Additional meals for Non-participants
Meals can be booked in advance for friends and family that are not registered for the event on the Addition Meal Request Form
PAYMENT
Payment is now due and can be made by bank transfer to Bellows and Buttons. Further information is available when this form is submitted and in the confirmation email you'll receive shortly after.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The weekend programme and personnel are presented in good faith. However, occasionally changes have to be made at short notice, and every attempt will be made to provide an equivalent substitute to cover any changes.
CANCELLATION TERMS
If the event is cancelled by the organisers the fees will be refunded in full.
For delegates: full refund if cancelled for any reason up to one month before; 50% refund from 1 month up to 1 week before; and for cancellations with less than 1 week notice, unfortunately we will not be able to refund, other than in exceptional circumstances.
The organisers cannot accept any liability for accommodation or other costs under any circumstances.
