Bellows and Buttons are delighted to announce another social weekend of DG melodeon tuition and music, based in Settle in the Yorkshire Dales from 25th to 27th April 2025.
We are welcoming all levels from Absolute Beginners to Accomplished Players.
Settle is a picturesque and ancient market town in the Yorkshire Dales, 22 miles by road south of Hawes and Wensleydale, and 15 miles northwest of Skipton. Settle is situated just off the A65, midway between Leeds and Kendal and is readily accessible from A1, M1, M6 & M65. Sat Nav: BD24 9EJ
The workshops will be held in 5 rooms within a very short walking distance from the town centre and the Victoria Hall. The venues are the Victoria Hall, the Social Club, the Place in Settle and the Town Hall.
The Saturday evening tutors concert will in the Victoria Hall - the World's Oldest Music Hall.

We are welcoming all levels from Absolute Beginners to Accomplished Players.
We have five Tutors booked for the event. Will Allen, Lucy Huzzard, and Anna Pack will be teaching Improvers, Intermediate, and Accomplished levels in rotation and Vicky Cooper will be teaching Beginners and Absolute Beginners will be taught by Helena Painting.
Wolvercote is a village that is part of the City of Oxford, England. It is about 3 miles northwest of the city centre, on the northern edge of Wolvercote Common, which is itself north of Port Meadow and adjoins the River Thames. It is well served by the Oxford Bus Services, and near to all of the major road networks.
The Bellows and Buttons weekend centres around the Wolvercote Primary School, which will be the location of the workshops, St Peters Church, directly over the road from the school, who will be hosting the Saturday evening Tutors concert, and The Plough, a short walk from the school, which will be our Friday evening meeting place and session venue. Lunches will also be at The Plough.
Refreshments will be available during coffee and tea breaks during the workshops.
Acorn Instruments, will have a display of new and used instruments at the weekend.
